I bought the Jade Kailh Box and the White Kailh Box as my first clicky switches, and now they're the best switches I've ever owned. The Kailh Box White are the best transition from linear switches to clicky switches, and the Jades are just incredible. I've had a little issue during the delivery (I did not have any news of my package for a while), so I contacted the customer service, who were understanding and polite. They explained what was probably happening and contacted the place where my package got stuck. They were very fast to deal with the issue. The switches arrived really well protected and contrary to switches I've bought on other websites, all of them were intact and flawless.
