QMK/VIA means endless possibilities for a fluid workflow. Thanks to our engineering team, it's the first time in history that a wireless mechanical keyboard has these kinds of capabilities right out of the box.

Simply connect the K13 Max to your device with a cable, drag and drop your favorite keys or macro commands to remap any key you want on any system (macOS, Windows, or Linux). 

ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit STM32F402 MCU which is powerful, and equipped with 256K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers.

Get the K13 Max keymap working on VIA

Since the VIA code for the K13 Max version is still awaiting approval from Github, it is not yet automatically recognized. Please download the appropriate keymap JSON file below, open VIA, turn on "Show Design tab" on "Settings" tab, and drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on VIA to get the K13 Max keymap working on VIA.

Additionally, you can configure different keymaps for both Mac and Windows devices. The VIA software is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux. The keyboard includes keycaps for both macOS and Windows, along with additional esc and enter keys, facilitating seamless switching between operating systems.

A powerful ARM architecture MCU equipped with 256KB Flash will provide more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz on 2.4GHz and wired modes right out of the box, which makes the latency hardly noticeable even in competitive games.

We all have our unique typing preferences, that’s why we are offering hot-swappable option on the K13 Max, so you can easily hot-swap every low-profile Gateron mechanical switch in a few seconds to customize the typing experience without soldering.

*The K13 Max is currently compatible with Gateron/Keychron low-profile mechanical switches only, as QMK does NOT support low-profile optical switches.

The Barebone version (without switch and keycap) is also available at your choice.

Low-Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps

Designed for premium type feeling, the K13 Max comes with our unique double-shot PBT keycaps that made of durable non-shine-through PBT material with excellent oil resistance for long-term use.

RGB Backlights

Comes with more than 22 types of RGB backlight settings (as well as a static white backlight option), and 14 types of backlight settings on the White Backlight version. You can further fine-tune the RGB hue, saturation, brightness, effect speed with ease.
